THE WILL OF MARGREY BADNALL, WIDOW, OF GOULDSTONE
 SHROPSHIRE: 1694

In the name of god Amen, I Margrey Badnall of Gouldstone in ye County of Sallop widdow being of perfect memory praysed be god for it do make and ordaine this my Last will and testament in maner & forme following.  Frst I Bequeth my soule into ye hands of Allmighty god trusting to be saved by ye merities of Christ Jesus my onely savior and by faith in his name I shall be partaker of A ioyfull Riserecttion At the last day.   Itm I do bequeath in this maner.   Itm I do give & bequeath to John Badnall in ye parish of Muckson one shillin  Itm I do give and Bequeath to my daughters Margrets foure children twenty Shillings a peice.  Itm I do give & bequeath to my brother William Burcksha in ye parish of Muckson ten shillings    Itm I do give & bequeath to my brother James Burcksha in parish of Madely ten shillings    Itm I do give & bequeath to Mary Burcksha in ye parish of Muckson ten shillings    Itm I do give and bequeath to my daughter Ann pearesifulls five children five pound.   Item After my funerall expences Are discharged and all my dets payed I do give & Bequeath All ye rest if theare be any to my soninglaw John pereesifull And Thomas Taft to be equally divided between ye said John pereesifull and Thomas Taft without any fraud or hindranc one to another, I Constitude & ordaine to be ye executors of this my last will and testament John pereesifull of Gouldstone and Richard Minsha of Cuchahick in ye County afore said wheare unto I put my hand and seale ye 3 day of August in ye sicxt yeare of our magisties Raine.
