In the name of God amen the xvjth day of June in the yere of ye Lord god A Thousand fyve hundreth thre score and foure  I William Badnoll of Litleworthe in the Countie of Bark being syke in Body but wholt and perfecte of mynde and memory thanks be to my Lord god I heare make my last will and testament in manner and forme folowing/ First I Bequeath my sowle to almightie god and my body to be buried in the Churche of Farington/ Item I bequeath to the mother churche of Sarum twelve pence/ Item I gyve to the parishe churche of Farrington foure pence Item I gyve and bequeath to every of my childrens children and to every of my godchildren one buz[  ] of barley And I will that it be delyvered at my monethes mynde if it may be/ Item I gyve to Edward Deacon Two steeres Item I gyve to Allexander my sonne Two oxen two steares and tenne acres of my best barley in Shelingforde feldes / Item I gyve Humfrey Frannces and Abyndon brasier a Cowe one fetherbed and all things thereto belonging / Item I gyve to Elizabeth Southby the eldest daughter of Robert Southbie Two kyne / Item I gyve to William Symes a heifor of two yeres olde and one ewe / Item I bequeath to Elizabeth Camdon a heifor of two yeres olde and foure chiln[..] shepe / Item I gyve to John Ad[.]ane one horse colte of two yeres olde / Item I bequeath to Katheryn Turpridge foure ewes / Item I gyve to Margery Deane foure younge chiln[..] shepe / Item I gyve to Henry Badnoll two shepe and to his sister Katheryn two shepe/ Item I bequeath to Edmund Symes one shepe / Item I gyve to David Turpridge my ridinge nagge / Item I gyve to Alice Frannces foure younge chiln[..] shepe / Item I gyve to Richard Southby the sonne of Robert Southbie two acres of barley in Litleworthe felde /Item I gyve to Edward Badnoll two acres of barley in Litleworthe felde / Item I gyve to William Badnoll Two acres of barley in Litlewoth felde Item I gyve to Alice Britten a heifor of two yeres olde / Item I will that the six acres of Barley in Litlewoth feild aforerehersed shalbe delyvered at the discresion of my overseers of this my last Will.

All the rest of my goods not gyven nor bequeatned movable and unmovable dett demands and all other Dueties whatsoever owing or apperteyning to me the said William Badnoll my Debtes paid my Legaces, performed fulfilled and Distributed according to this my last Will and Testament I gyve & Bequeath to Thomas Badnoll my sonne whome I constitute ordeyn and make my Exanto of this my last will and Testament/ Also the overseers of this my last will I desire and appointe David Turpridge John Sowthbie Alexander Badnoll Witnesses hereunto Edmund Deacon Richard Southbie Anthony [.] witnesses with others/
