The document is an abstract of the will and a memo on subsequent events.  The will was proved at Canterbury 30th  February 1830. Beneficiaries included: nieces, Susannah Watson Gibbs (married Frederick Alexander Payne in 1846), Mary Ann Gibbs (died unmarried) and Sarah Gibbs (married Thomas Prothero in 1845 and died in 1868).   Testator's trustees were Richard Tucker and George Byfield Higden. Higden died in 1832 and his will was proved on 20th May 1832 by his widow Ann Jane Byfield Higden.  R. Tucker died in 1863 and his will was proved 26 January 1864 by Louisa Tucker his widow and Henry Tucker his son.
