Inventory.  Total value of the inventory of "all goods, chattels and other effects moveable and not moveable" was £305-15s-6d. Of this sum, 9 horses  and their gears accounted for £90, fourteen cows £84, a bull £4, 5 heifers £27-10s, five twinters £15, five calves £5 and 8 pigs £7. Farming implements accounted for a further £30-10s-6d and corn another £20. Fernyhough's furniture, brewing and dairy utensils and clothing accounted for the rest.

Appraisers were Thomas Addison and James Martin.
